Transport a variant

To add a select screen variant in a transport order, use program (SE38) : RSTRANSP.

You can also do it directly on your report :

SE80 : Set your program name (stay on 1st screen).
Menu -> Goto -> Transport.
Utilities -> Transport management
Set your variant name and click Execute (or press F8) to select your transport order.
